Health, Love, and Happiness
'Find the Balance You Need to Succeed In Life"
Everyone: "We get it...you're a college student."
Me: "Yea....but I'm still human."
Do you feel like you're a college student and you have no life?
Maybe it's because...outside of school...you forget you have one...
Often times as students on an academic journey.. we have our head in the books, but forget about the BALANCE we need in life...
Now, you may never be able to attain a fully balanced life...thats just the way it is...
BUT...you can continue to HAVE balance in your life...
Thats exactly what this course is for....
Health, Love, and Happiness are 3 of the 4 pillars you need to live a happy, fulfilled life...the 4th being wealth ;)...
Nonetheless, students often fail to find the balance they NEED to sustain a fulfilled life while they're on their adventurous academic journey....
This course is to fill that gap...
It has little to do about your academics, but EVERYTHING to do with your happiness...
I mean think about it....
"Our purpose in life is to be happy.."
- The Dalai Lama
This is to your happiness, truly.
